Ordering: Orders are placed via our Shop page order form. You will receive an email confirmation once submitted.

Payment: We currently offer Pay on Pickup/Delivery or Request Invoice by Email. If you select invoice, we will send secure payment instructions to the email you provide.

Pickup & Delivery: Pickup details and local delivery options are shown during checkout. Please provide accurate address and contact information for timely delivery.

Shipping: Standard shipping is available to selected areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is in transit.

Returns & Refunds: For food items, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
